Everything your run needs
Every feature is designed around one goal: keep your crew aligned when the server's on fire and the horde is closing in.
See every teammate's cursor move across the map with ~40ms latency. Names, colors, and ephemeral comments travel with them.
Safehouses, stashes, POIs, custom icons and text notes. Place them on any floor, any projection — they sync to the whole crew.
Lines, pens, polygons, distance measure and text labels. Sketch loot routes, ambush zones, safe corridors — drag to adjust.
Search Fire Departments, Police stations, rooms, streets — or your own markers. Each result shows the city, coords, and teleports the view.
Toggle Excel-style cell labels (A1, B2, AA1…) over the world. Copy in-game coordinates with one right-click. No more "meet by the weird tree".
Pin a short note to your cursor and the whole crew sees it drift with you. Never persisted — whispered peer-to-peer, gone when you clear it.
Switch between top-down and isometric projections. Climb every floor of Build 42's vertical world, basements included, without losing your markers.
Tiles, POIs and the game build () are pulled directly from map.projectzomboid.com and cached 24h. Every PZ patch lands automatically.
Each game is invite-only. Your markers, drawings and presence stay between you and the people you actually trust with your safehouse.
About Project Zomboid
Project Zomboid is The Indie Stone's long-running open-world zombie survival game, set in a painstakingly detailed Knox County, Kentucky. Think hunger, infection, broken legs, real weather, and permadeath — on a map spanning dozens of towns.
Build 42 rebuilt the world from the ground up: a brand-new isometric renderer with proper verticality (seven floors!), redesigned cities, and a massively expanded map. It's beautiful. It's also terrifying to navigate when your friend says "I'm at the gas station".
That's where PZLive Map comes in. A shared, live view of the exact same world, right next to your game.
Create a game, invite your survivors, and start planning the next run in under a minute.
